Shipping & Delivery.
Shipping is free for local Singapore orders S$100 and above.
For orders under S$100, delivery fee is S$5.
We can also ship internationally. International orders may be subject to duties and fees that vary by country and are based on the value of your order, which will be borne by the customer/receiver.
Tinyhoomans is not liable for the postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees incurred once the parcel has left our Studio. This could include but not limited to the recipient rejecting a parcel due to import duties or taxes, or if a recipient is uncontactable and our shipping partners are unable to deliver the parcel.
During sale and festive seasons, there may be a delay in deliveries due to the high volume of orders.
Exchanges,
Returns & Refunds.
All exchanges/refunds should be done with products in its original packaging and condition, i.e. unworn, unwashed, unopened, unused, unmarked, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. Items purchased as part of a set must be returned as a whole set. Any item in an order that is exchanged cannot be returned or exchanged again.
Items purchased at our online store may be returned/exchanged within 7 calendar days upon receipt of your order. Please check your order after you receive it as we will not be able to process any refunds/exchanges if the receipt of your order is more than 7 calendar days. All exchange/refunds will be done in the form of a gift card.
An exchange or refund will only be processed due to the following reasons:
Damaged goods due to shipping
Wrong order packed by us
Items that are not eligible for exchanges/refunds:
Items that were purchased at a sale price

We have taken great care to check our items before dispatching them, hence please attach image(s) of defective item(s) to facilitate a faster assessment and processing period. Exchange is only applicable for defective items. Requests for exchanges and refunds will be subjected to our assessment and we will notify you on the status of your request within 5 business days.
Kindly note that all shipping costs will be borne by you. Please note that we are not responsible for item(s) that are lost or which cannot be located prior to being received by us, hence you are encouraged to use a trackable form of delivery to send your returns to us.
To start a return for an online purchase by mail / courier, you can contact us at wearetinyhoomans@gmail.com and provide us with your order number or proof of purchase. Our team will contact you within 5 business days with instructions on how and where to send your return package. Items sent back to us without sending a request first will not be accepted.
Upon our receipt and verification of the item(s) intended for return, and provided that the specified returns criteria are met, we will issue you a refund for the amount equivalent to the purchase price of the returned item(s), excluding shipping costs, as store credits in the form of a gift card which will be valid for 3 months from the date of the return.
